Mary KotarskiProgram Manager, IT Service Management

Mary Kotarski leads the Arena Technologies LLC IT Service Management (ITSM) Advisory Services group focused on providing effective methods for managing the offering, contracting and provisioning of services to customers with an appropriate mix of people, process and technology. The ITSM advisers ensure that the desired results are understood and achieved cost effectively through the design and management of quality IT services focused on business needs and delivered-business-value.   

Mary has been with Arena since 2008 serving in support of the Arena leadership team and her customers.  Shortly after joining Arena, Mary became the lead System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) providing transformative, strategic, business and technical advisory support to an Arena IC agency customer for service management life-cycle and optimization efforts.  Mary has played a critical role in defining and executing the foundational service management and operational concepts that led to service provider-wide changes to functions and operations.  Mary has also assisted with various pre-acquisition documentation, development and project coordination between the IC agencies and proactively engaged a multi-agency team to address the needs, architecture requirements, and derive a solution that significantly improved operational relevance, which resulted in multiple successes and improving operational performance by 90% — considered a hug mission success.  

Mary received a Bachelor of Science degree from Strayer University and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems degree from University of Phoenix.
